Sir Meows A Lot is a character of The Pals (mostly Denis) in episodes he is Denis' pet cat mostly hanging out on his shoulder alongside Pinchy. He doesn't do anything in episodes being that he is a shoulder pet unless there is an episode centered around The Pals mascots.
